Jamie Bowie has his Team East Lothian vest and his trademark sleeves on in Sheffield this weekend.  He is competing at 400m in the British National Indoor Championships and European Team Trails. A win in his heat and second place in the semi’s has booked him a place in the finals tomorrow.
