Strength and Conditioning for Team Sports

If you play a team sport in East Lothian – Basketball, Cricket, Football, Hockey or Rugby – we believe we can help you to maximise your performance.

We are offering strength and conditioning sessions for team sports players, open to girls and boys.  We have a 60-minute session specially tailored for 9-11-year-olds.  And we have a longer 90-minute session for 12-18-year-olds.

Sign up for a 6-week block and we’ll aim to provide you with the tools to;

Build strength & endurance.

Develop control during growth.

Improve balance & coordination.

Move faster over the first 30 metres.

Reduce injury risk and recovery time.

We won’t tell you how to play your game;

We will give you tools to maximise your performance.

Time:  Wednesday Evenings 6:30pm to 8pm

Cost:   £18 per attendee for a 6-week training block

For Girls and Boys, aged 9 – 11 Click Here to Register

Time:  Wednesday Evenings 4:30pm to 5:30pm

Cost:   £12 per attendee for a 6-week training block
