Run! Jump! Throw!

Fun and inclusive athletics session for children.

What?

Run, Jump, Throw athletics sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills. The sessions allow children to learn and develop essential skills such as agility, balance, and coordination while they are introduced to all aspects of athletics. The children participate in sprinting, endurance running, jumping, and throwing and get to use equipment such as foam javelins and discus, high jump facilities, the sand pit, and indoor shot putts. It is well known that running, jumping, and throwing underpin every sport and are essential for development.

Team East Lothian provides a safe and friendly environment where children learn, develop, make new friends, and have lots of fun!
