Speed Sessions for Team Sports

If you play a team sport in East Lothian – Basketball, Cricket, Football, Hockey or Rugby – we believe we can help you to maximise your performance.

We are offering speed training sessions for team sports players, open to girls and boys.  We have a 60-minute session specially tailored for 9-11-year-olds.  And we have a longer 90-minute session for 12-18-year-olds.

Sign up for a 6-week block and we’ll aim to provide you with the tools to;

Move faster over the first 30 metres.

Develop control during growth.

Improve balance & coordination.

Build strength & endurance.

Reduce injury risk and recovery time.
