Adam Hoole won a Silver Medal at the weekend in the Mens’ U20 Heptathlon at the 4J Studios Combined Events, Relays and Masters Championships at the Emirates Arena.
Competing in seven events over two days, Adam pulled out all the stops, achieving outstanding Personal Best Performances in six of his seven events: 60m; Long Jump; Shot Put; 60m Hurdles, Pole Vault and 1000m to finish in the Silver Medal position.
