Another busy weekend and another great set of results for Team East Lothian Athletes.

In Glasgow on Friday evening Cera Gemmell finished 3rd in the U17 Women’s 3000m National Championship race at the British Milers Club regional meeting at Scotstoun in Glasgow.

On Saturday, at Grangemouth, Adam Hoole finished 3rd in the Scottish Schools Athletics Association Pentathlon at their multi-event meeting and is now set to be invited to SSAA training for international pentathlon later in the year.

Also on Saturday, but closer to home, Angus Wright ran a spirited race to take overall 1st place at the Archerfield 5k at Dirleton.

And also on Saturday, Fraser Kelly and Cameron Bullen ran at the Haddington 5k with Fraser taking 1st place overall and Cameron taking 1st place in the U15 race.
