If you play a team sport in East Lothian – Basketball, Cricket, Football, Hockey or Rugby – Team East Lothian Athletics Club are now offering a cross-sport, strength and conditioning programme for 9-11-year-olds and 12-18-year-olds.
We can help you to:
Build strength & endurance.
Develop control during growth.
Improve balance & coordination.
Move faster over the first 30 metres.
Reduce injury risk and recovery time.
We won’t tell you how to play your game;
We will give you tools to maximise your performance.
Location: Meadowmill Athletics Track
Time: Wednesday evening 6:30pm to 8pm
Cost: £18 per attendee for a 6-week term
Time: Wednesday evening 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Cost: £12 per attendee for a 6-week term
