The Lindsays scottishahtletics National Short Course Cross Country Championships took place in Kirkcaldy on a surface nicely softened by the recent heavy rain.
With almost 1000 competitors over six exciting races, there was success for TEL athletes.
Securing a Silver Medal was Cera Gemmell in the U20 Womens Race in 14m12s.
Corey Campbell took a well-placed 16th in the U15 Boys Race in 6m37s with teammate Aidan Page taking 45th in 7m0S.
In the U17 Womens Race, Flora Henry crossed the line in 23rd place in 11m30s.
In the Mens U20 Race, Fraser Kelly secured 19th in 14m14s with Joe Donnelly taking 29th in 14m49s.
