A New Distance Running Programme Specially for Adults

With the Spring Running Season approaching we’ve decided to offer a special coaching programme for adult runners to develop their running technique, pacing and endurance.

The programme is aimed at providing a means of supporting and enhancing the training runners will already be doing on their own or with their local running clubs.

With two sessions per week; one a track session and one a gym based strength and conditioning session, the programme will be available in 5 week blocks but will span a full 10 week term.
